Shamkhani made the remarks during meetings in Tehran with Palestinian resistance leaders Ziyad al-Nakhalah and Ismail Haniyeh.
He hailed the key role of Islamic Jihad and Hamas in imposing a catastrophic defeat on the occupying regime of Israel.
Shamkhani said that the range of missiles and tactic capabilities of Hamas and Islamic Jihad invalidated the invincibility of the Zionist regime.
The unity of all the chains of resistance around the cause of Palestine will lead to the collapse of this fake regime in a not-too-distant future.
During the meetings, the Palestinian leaders congratulated Iran’s successful holding of the presidential election.
They commemorated the Great commander of Jihad Major-General Qassem Soleimani and hailed the role of the Islamic Republic of Iran in defending the Palestinian cause.
